⚠️ IMPORTANT — BINDING AGREEMENT & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
By purchasing, possessing, accepting, transferring, receiving, or using a ticket, and/or by entering or attempting to enter the event or venue, the ticket holder (“Guest”) acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law:
AGE & IDENTIFICATION: This is an 18+ event. Every Guest must present a valid, physical, government-issued photo ID demonstrating eligibility for entry. Photographs, screenshots, photocopies, expired identification, altered identification, or identification that cannot reasonably be verified may be rejected. Guests unable to establish eligibility may be denied entry without refund where permitted by law.
21+ ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcohol may only be purchased, possessed, or consumed by guests legally permitted to do so. Guests may be required to receive and display a designated 21+ wristband. Providing alcohol to an underage guest, transferring wristbands, using false identification, or otherwise attempting to circumvent alcohol controls may result in removal and/or referral to appropriate authorities.
SECURITY & SCREENING: Entry is conditioned upon compliance with reasonable security procedures, which may include ID verification, bag inspection, metal-detector screening, and other lawful safety measures. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry. Prohibited or unlawful items are not permitted.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REMOVE: Subject to applicable law, event organizers, venue management, and security reserve the right to deny entry or remove any Guest for threatening, violent, unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, severely intoxicated, harassing, or otherwise prohibited conduct; possession of prohibited items; attempted unauthorized entry; interference with staff or security; or material violation of venue/event rules.
NO RE-ENTRY: Unless expressly authorized by venue management or event staff, re-entry may be prohibited after leaving the venue.
TICKETS & ADMISSION: A ticket grants the holder a revocable license to seek admission subject to these conditions, venue policies, applicable laws, security screening, and lawful capacity restrictions. Tickets that are fraudulent, duplicated, altered, refunded, charged back, previously scanned, or otherwise invalid may be rejected.
LINES & ENTRY TIMES: Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee immediate admission or a specific entry time. Guests should anticipate possible lines and security processing, particularly during peak arrival periods.
EVENT CHANGES: Event programming, performers, DJs, attractions, production elements, schedules, and other event details may change when reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund, subject to applicable law and the ticketing platform’s policies.
REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THE TICKETING PLATFORM/EVENT ORGANIZER. No refunds will ordinarily be issued for failure to attend, arriving late, failure to bring acceptable identification, removal for violating event rules, or personal changes of plans.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, any available refund, credit, or transfer will be handled according to applicable law and the announced ticketing/event policy.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, the venue and event organizer are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property resulting from circumstances outside their legal responsibility.
ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY EVENT RISKS: Attendance at a crowded nightlife event may involve ordinary risks associated with crowds, loud music, lighting effects, dancing, and interaction with other attendees. Guests voluntarily accept such inherent risks to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE: Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By entering, Guests acknowledge that they may incidentally appear in event photographs or recordings. Any use of a Guest’s likeness remains subject to applicable law.
EMERGENCIES & SAFETY: Guests must follow lawful instructions from venue staff, security personnel, emergency responders, and event management. Emergency exits, fire equipment, barriers, and safety equipment must never be obstructed or tampered with.
ZERO-TOLERANCE CONDUCT: Fighting, threats, harassment, unwanted sexual contact, weapons, illegal drugs, deliberate property damage, and other dangerous or unlawful behavior are prohibited and may result in immediate removal and/or contact with law enforcement.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By completing a ticket purchase and/or attending the event, the Guest confirms that they have had an opportunity to review these conditions and agrees to comply with applicable venue rules and event policies.
