The right room for the crowd you're expecting. We shortlist, walk through, hold the date, and handle the venue agreement.

Security & staffing

Door, floor, and bar staff who have worked our nights before. Capacity, ID checks, and an incident plan sorted before doors.

Marketing & promotion

Flyers, promoter links, email and SMS blasts, and paid ads, all pointing at one ticket link you can track in the dashboard.

Sound, lighting & staging

Production gear sourced through the MyPlots marketplace, delivered, and set up before soundcheck.

Ticketing & the door

Tickets sell on MyPlots, so scanning, live sales, and payouts are already handled. We staff the scanners.

The event goes live on MyPlots with flyers, promoter links, email and SMS, and ads. You watch sales in the same dashboard every host uses.

We run the night

Security, door, production, and the artist's schedule, handled. Afterwards, payouts land the way they do for every MyPlots event.
