Star Walk — Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket through MyPlots and/or attending any event organized, hosted, or promoted by Star Walk, you (“Attendee”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticket Sales & Platform
Star Walk utilizes MyPlots as a third-party ticketing platform. Star Walk is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, payment errors, or data handling conducted by MyPlots.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise stated.
2. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at any Star Walk event is voluntary. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you knowingly and willingly assume all risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury
• Illness
• Property damage
• Theft
• Emotional distress
• Accidents occurring on or around the event premises
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Walk, its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
• Any injuries (minor or severe)
• Death
• Property damage or loss
• Incidents caused by other attendees
• Incidents occurring before, during, or after the event
• Acts of negligence by third parties
4. Property Owner / Homeowner Liability Waiver
The event may take place at a private residence or property owned or controlled by a third party (“Property Owner” or “Homeowner”).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Property Owner/Homeowner, their agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
• Any injuries (minor or severe)
• Death
• Property damage or loss
• Accidents, hazards, or conditions of the premises
• Acts or omissions of attendees or third parties
• Incidents occurring before, during, or after the event
By attending the event, you release and waive any claims against the Property Owner/Homeowner arising from your presence on the property.
5. Event Planning & Safety Measures
Star Walk makes reasonable efforts to plan and manage events with safety in mind. However, no event or property can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Attendance is at the sole risk of the Attendee.
6. Waiver & Release of Claims
By attending the event, you hereby release and forever discharge both Star Walk and the Property Owner/Homeowner from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from your attendance.
This waiver applies regardless of whether damages arise from:
• Accidents
• Negligence
• Premises conditions
• Actions of other attendees
7. Property Damage
Any damage caused by an Attendee to the event venue, residence, or surrounding property is the sole responsibility of the Attendee. Neither Star Walk nor the Property Owner/Homeowner is responsible for damages caused by guests.
8. Personal Responsibility & Conduct
Attendees are responsible for their own behavior and actions. Star Walk reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct without refund.
9. Acknowledgment, Notice & Responsibility for Guests
By purchasing a ticket, it is assumed and acknowledged that the Attendee has read, reviewed, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Failure to read, review, or understand this waiver does not exempt the Attendee from being bound by it. Star Walk has made these Terms available and has notified attendees to review them. Any claim stating that the waiver was not seen or not read shall be the sole responsibility of the Attendee.
The Attendee is fully responsible for any guests, acquaintances, or individuals who attend the event with them or on their behalf. The Attendee agrees to inform all accompanying individuals of Star Walk’ Terms & Conditions and accepts responsibility for their conduct, actions, and compliance.
10. Voluntary Participation
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are attending the event of your own free will, without coercion, and fully accept responsibility for your decision to attend.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Walk and the Property Owner/Homeowner from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from your actions, conduct, or attendance at the event.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
